Follow these simple instructions to submit your final manuscript. Please make sure that the manuscript you are submitting is final copy. You will not be able to make any changes once we receive your final manuscript (beyond simple corrections in the page proofs). Make sure you have carefully read the Text and Graphic Guide before submitting text and graphic files and that you have filled out the Author's Publishing Agreement.
